Oyo Rooms — Denied two rooms at checkin

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

I had booked two rooms for 4 persons. I had done full online payment for the same. At checkin I was told they do not have two rooms and had only one family room. They asked me to cancel the booking. When I cancelled the booking I did not get any refund.
