I booked a room for three o[censored]s in oyo dikq9670 (Hotel tap gold crest)
Once we reached there they denied us to check in, they told us there is no rooms available there, we showed them ee have got a confirmation from oyo when i said this the guy was like to say us indirectly get out we can do anything, i was with my family and at that midnight i was not able to do anything, as i dont trust oyo any more i went to another hotel directly and got a room for double price
After i called oyo executive and explained them the problem i faced
Then they said like we will trasfer call to senior executive and they made me explain again my prblm and call will get disconnected with any reply
Same thing happend lot of times and they made me explain 8 times my problem
At last one executive asked me to stay on line and he called the hotel manger (Tap gold crest) in conference mode, the hotel owner said on that day i cheked in, but when executive asked him to show the copy of my id hotel manager become voiceless and he disconnected phone
After that he called the hotel which i stayed insted of booked one (Archana suites) he confrmed i stayed there
And exectuve got to know thats their mistake he apologised me and offerd me the amount i pad for my stay (2000rs)
And later one executive named poonam called me and said thats their mistake they will take action bla bla bla and said they can offer me only 300 oyo money, she cant do nothing more than that,
Is this the service provided by oyo??
First the oyo manger fooled us
Later oyo customer care executive fooled us
