Oyo Rooms — Did not cancelled the booking still got charged

I have booked a oyo room for 19/7/22 for which i have paid 698 through my googlepay but when i went to the oyo it showed cancelled and i have not cancel the booking from my end now since the booking is cancelled feom my end i should be refunded with my money but they are not refunding the money to me i have tried 15 times to connect to their service desk all the time i have to wait for 10-15 mins and i am put on hold the booking id is FSTZ3566 i am not even getting any constructive feedback from their end never expect such unprofessional behaviour from such a big company i want my money back
