Booking Id- F2HY8997
I have booked a room for 7 nights with oyo application and I have completed payment under customer care support. Customer care support promised me that if I will cancel my booking I will get a 100% refund in the same bank account. But due to some reason I have canceled my booking I didn't get a refund yet it complete 15 days already passed and the same amount is showing in my oyo money. With this oyo money, i am not able to do a booking again.
I am requesting you please transfer the amount into my bank account instead of your so-called oyo money.
Also, your customer care service is not responding to my call i have already tried 50 times. Was this information helpful? |
