I made payment twice while booking a room eventually ended up booking 2 rooms by mistake. Immediately called oyo helpline, also informed the hotel staff and cancelled the duplicate booking but did not receive refund. I have been waiting for 1 month now, called the customer service multiple times but it was of now use.
I would have spoken to at least 15 different people, called them 50+ times but they are least bothered. Every time when i asked for manager they denied and also disconnected the call several times.
When i check my app, it says refund cannot be processed as per policy which is a joke, its a duplicate booking due to multiple transactions and was not booked intentionally. Can someone help me here? Oyo customer service is full of illiterate, useless and filthy people.
