[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — didn't check-in by oyo room owner and rudely behaved | |||
Hi, I am vishal. Yesterday i booked oyo room. I checked into the room at 11:30 pm. Room owner told us to complete the check in formalities in the morning because it was already too late.in the morning, when i requested him to complete the check in process. He refused to complete it. He was saying that there is no need to check in and check out. When i requested him again and again. His behaviour changed and he rudely refused for check in process. I have to left without checkin and check out. My booking number was imoz9015 at oyo 12307 home cozy. Even they charged 2700 rs for room. It was 700 rs extra from the actual amount. He was saying that i provided you the other room better than the booked one. It was very disappointed. I will never go with oyo rooms. My experience with oyo was very bad.
