[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — didn't get refund after a month

Booked room with oyo on 28 sept 2019 and called hotel for confirmation but hotel said they are not accepting bookings from oyo. Hence asked for full refund but amount i have paid not refunded even after 33 days more than the said 7-14 working days.
Whenever i call to customer care then they just say we have initiated the refund but not providing transaction id for further investigation.
