I booked two rooms with booking I'd NTCF8174, i reached at the hotel with my family but the hotel denied check in with stating reason that they do not entertain prepaid bookings from Oyo. It was around 8 pm in the evening with me having kids as well as ladies with me. I called your customer service several times for more than fifty minutes, and no one attended, in the end a lady attended the call who said I will soon get refund of 1087, she insisted me to book at another hotel with booking charge of 170 ( booking I'd PORY8453) then she cancelled the previous booking with reason 'hotel denied check in, I went to that hotel and the pattern followed, they also said no to Oyo booking, and wanted thrice the price which i was supposed to pay through Oyo.So the thing now is, I paid Rs. 1087 in first and rs 170 in other booking (total amount 1257) but i didn't got any stay through your company, i suffered physically, mentally as well as financially.
It's a clear matter of harrasment from OYO ROOMS. The worst thing is there is no one to attend grievances on your customer care number.
Please look into the matter Oyo rooms because we expect some honesty from an Indian startup like you.
I just want my refund with an APOLOGY from OYO ROOMS.
