Last month, I booked 3 rooms at OYO Hotels and Homes Pvt. Ltd. I paid the amount and got the service. But when I tried to get a GST invoice for my booking, my GST number was not on the invoice and the paid amount was also incorrect, even though I added the GST details in my profile. Then I tried contacting OYO customer care, I tried several times, but they kept my call on hold I use to wait for around 15 minutes but no response, such a useless service. I want to ask OYO, why you guys are not providing the GST invoice, I just want the GST invoice for my booking, what's the issue?
I request the consumer complaints team to help me out to get the invoice, I would be glad.
