[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Didn't get the room on booked place | |||
I have booked 2 rooms in OYO with booking nos. RYUD8374 and TJZI0193. But when we reach the hotel, they told that all the rooms are filled up. Now what should we do? Is this the service OYO rooms are providing. Its really disgusting getting this kind of issue. Later the hotel authority send us to somewhere else in NBCC. The rooms are of small size and not as much as comfortable as we have booked. But they took the same charge as the rooms we booked first. I would not have filled this complaint but I did this because I am frustrated. I got approx 3-4 calls from OYO to confirm my booking. After confirming they should not have done this.
