[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Didn't receive booking id | |
I called the oyo number and your reservation desk member said he'll book an oyo for me and gave me this link through which I paid. He then cut the call on me before giving any booking id. Now I've lost money and got no oyo room. I need refund. You can check all the details in the screenshot. My registered oyo number is [protected]. I paid using [protected]. Without booking id I can't proceed further.

Verified Support Sep 04, 2021 OYO Rooms Customer Care's response Hi, Oyo does not authorize any of its employees, consultants, third-party vendors, associates to collect payment in any other form other than payments from secure Oyo gateway and its affiliated OTP payment gateways link. Any instances where a collection of payment is attempted from any unauthorized payment gateways other than the ones mentioned above are acts of suspicious payment collection. Encountering and acting on the same is solely on your own accord and discretion. Oyo will not be responsible for any loss liability arising out of such an event. You can check the screenshot i sent. The Google pay id says oyo rooms and oyorooms.[protected]@okhdfcbank is the recipient's id. So please, do elaborate how this is my fault.
