I just booked the hotel for 3 members for a 12 hours stay for taking rest. My room was swamped with water during night and my bags/dresses got fully wet. We had no sleep all night and the service was bad. Not sure how water entered our room but the stay was entirely ruined. I wasted 3000 rupees for a ### room.

    Address: Vijaywada hotel siddhartha grand

    I have booked an oyo room at hotel siddhartha grand vijaywada on 26th sept 2021 through oyo reservations. Upon receiving the link to pay I have paid the amount and checked in the hotel and checked out on 27th sept 2021 around 9 A.M. But the hotel dint provide any bill. Tried to speak to the oyo customer service and the calls are being disconnected saying I will receive through an email even after saying several times that while reservation is being done I have only provided my phone number. Tried to reach oyo through various social media sources as well but no use. Kindly provide me the bill for my stay.

      I booked a OYO room of Hotel Lakhdatar on 24.09.2021 for 25.09.2021 to 26.09.2021 in jaipur of Rs 999 and Pay Rs 300 at the time of booking but when i go for check-in hotel manager denied for. After that i call oyo customer care they shifted to Hotel Shreenath Palace. where a very small room provided when i said that it is too small they said no one another available. After giving me little force, he give another room. but he charge more Rs.1, 500/-. I bear total cost Rs 1800/- (1500+300). But there is no service provide, no room service, no WiFi working no TV working, No Food service, only one dim tube light.

      I just want to refund my Extra money back of Rs 800/- Please do the needful.

        Unitill today 27-09-21 it is not resolved.

              Dear Sir,

              I booked a hotel room for 2 days with following details :

              Booking ID : N3QU1456
              Hotel Name : Stay Inn
              City : Kota
              Duration : 2 days (20.09.2021 to 22.09.2021)
              Booked On : 14.09.2021
              Amount paid : Rs. 2807/-

              But, It was a horrible experience here. Cleanness was worst ever I seen. Dirty & torn bedsheet provided. AC was functioning at 16 degree C only.
              Hence whole night we spent in swith it on and off. Rats nibbled our two bags. After all this, on reception they told me that the actual rate of this hotel is Rs. 600/- per night only and you have spent 2.5 times to oyo.

              I never expected this from a reputed company like Oyo. Please look into the matter seriously.
              Also please verify the hotels before you offer it from your site.

                Good day to you!!

                This is regarding my refund. My booking ID is 143976. I stayed at OYO 1342 Koramangala Bangalore. The initial deposit which is paid was 7000 and later on asked for more and the final amount was 14000. I informed both the manager and care taker 1 month before leaving. Still I didn't receive my money back. It's been around 6 months. I'm attaching a screen shot for you perusal. Please do the needful. 14000 is the amount which I'm eligible to get back. Please do this ASAP!!!

                All are struggling in this corona time. Please stop looting and cheating on money dear OYO

                Hi,

                After raising a complaint here finally Oyo has call me and Promised me of returning back the security deposit which they are holding it for a very long period of time.

                Next day I received an email from them stating that they haven't received my security deposit.

                Dear oyo without a security deposit how will I Start staying at your place?

                Finally after lot of hassle they got to know that my payment has been received and said they security deposit will be paid back ASAP and again ots more than one month. No reply and No money credited back.

                When I called the manager he threatened me.

                Kindly help I'm attaching the Screenshot for your perusal.

                Please don't loot people and that too in this covid time when everyone o[censored]s are struggling

                  I have tried to book hotel two times in this week with my register mobile no [protected] on Oyo Rooms App. Both the time some money got debited from account but the room was not booked. What type of service are you providing. The money debited was 380 and 340 each. The debited amount was not also refunded again. Please solve my problem asap or else close this scam that you have opened.

                    Paid in full, my bank shows its deducted and I have a reference too however I still see as payment pending in OYO. Not received mails on payment confirmation too.

                    Tried calling your service number but there is no option to check on payment issues. Regular customer care said they can't help and recommended to call service number- [protected]

                      I booked a OYO 63021 - Hotel Hill 9 in Jubilee Hills on 19th September 2021for 21st to 23rd September 2021. Paid an amount of Rs. 2302 via OYO app . I got confirmation of the room. On 20th I received a call from a person by name Amit Kumar who claimed to be the owner of the Hotel. He gave all the details of my booking and told me that Hotel Hill 9 is no more accepting OYO payments and therefore cancel for a fresh booking directly. I called OYO helpline number the line got cut after I press 6 as mentioned in the voice prompt. I tried several times in vain. I searched on google for the Hotel Hill 9 telephone number.. It only mentioned a Haryana number starting with +91124... which is a reservation desk number . I got frantic calls to pay the money if I want the room directly. I wanted the room badly and so went ahead and paid him.. not via UPI or googlepay but direct account transfer.. His name is Amit Kumar and has account in Equitas Bank act number[protected] Ghaziabad Branch. OyO denied to help me. How did a third party get to know all the details!!

                      I cancelled my second booking because the next day, a person by name Parveen Sharma called me for money and was pestering for money. Fortunately I paid only Rs. 400 for booing the room. I immediately cancelled the room and booked a room in different Hotel Banjara via OYO staff..to whom I explained the issue but he too did not help me. I called different numbers of OYO..all starting from 1+9124... but none of them helped me but told he cannot help.

I suspect someone from OYO is releasing all personal and booking details of customers who booked online not just app but also bookings done via customer service of OYO. I have the soft copy of the booking made by me but sent by the fraudster Amit Kumar on my WhatsApp. I had sent all details including mobile number, bank account details etc., why is it getting delayed??

                      I received a call from OYO customer care executive ( genuine call) but of no use. The executive did not show any interest to answer my question of how a third party can access the details of OYO's customer bookings..not one but two. It means a huge gang is behind these and many would have lost money but are keeping quiet ..may be feeling bad to disclose their loss due to this cheating. I request all travelers b careful if you are booking via OYO...The disgusting feature is that OYO does not publish Hotel's Direct Telephone number which means OYO also could be a part of this cheating..may be !!!

                        Booking No: MDJK4518
                        OYO support stated that the refund was successfully completed on August 5th and that the amount would be credited to the source account within 14 days. A month and half has passed and the amount has not yet been credited despite multiple complaints and e-mails. I have attached the screenshots regarding the transaction. I asked OYO Support for the UTR number / Reference Number to which they didn't respond. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service. If this issue is not resolved soon, I'll be forced to take legal action against the company.

                          I have booked hotel room thorugh oyo however when we reached the hotel, hotel staff denied and said that rooms are not available.and discussed with oyo and cancelled the ticket confirming that 100% refund will be credited and i have recieved the massage from oyo that 100% will be credited with in 14 days,

                          but till date after 20 days also refurnd not credited.

                            A booking was made at Collection O 49874 Plaza Inn with booking ID Y4CX2972 for 2 guests from 22 Sept to 23 Sept. Upon reaching the Hotel, the manager told they were no longer doing business with OYO. I had to further make an offline booking. However, i had already payed an advance amount of Rs. 583 while booking the previous day. Now i am unable raise a query in the need help section for the concerned booking. Relevant screenshots have been attached.
                            I have been calling on [protected] and everytime their support executive refers me to [protected]. Is this some kind of a joke?

                                I booked oyo room on 15 aug through call in ujjain. Their employee didn't inform me about the RTPCR report needed for check in and hotel authorities denifoe chech in. I booked the room at 9:10am and caneclled at 9:25 am. I tried calling customer care for refund but they didn't reply and just end the call. I even tried mailing them regarding this but no response. I have paid rs: 2160/- for a room but they are refunding my money.

                                My Booking id: GQ8E6340. Here I'm attaching an invoice also, please checkout. I also got email regarding refund of just rs:607/
                                Why would I get refund of rs: 607/- check your call records it's not my mistake if your employee hasn't informed me about the RTPCR covid negative report needed to check in hotel. I want my full refund. Your customer care executives has mentally harassed me for about a month by not replying to calls after waiting for so so long. Seriously can't expect something like this from oyo.

                                  I have booked an AC Oyo but I didn’t get an Ac room in oyo, I’m completely disappointed with Oyo today.
                                  The issue is I have booked an Oyo in Rajapark, Jaipur Named “OYO14600 hotel Chawla” near panchwati circle.
                                  Most disappointed with hotel staff who said i have no other room, you have to stay here without AC room. That was completely unacceptable for me because I payed for an AC Room.

                                    I have tried to book a property in banglore Collection o 77215 manpho bell for 2 days and 2 nights it cost around 3107 i have paid this amount through upi and money got deducted but no confirmation from the oyo team and no booking id generated regarding this

                                      Sub: Complaint against hotel booking (SPOT Surya Palace, Jaipur) and refund advance deposit.

                                      Dear sir/ ma'am

                                      With due respect we would like to
                                      inform you that we have booked 4 rooms for 8 guest through Oyo app (20th Sep 21). When we reached hotel they denied to give any kind of services. They told us there is no any room and continuesly miss guiding and falls fiction regarding availability of rooms. We show them our advance paid details but property manager not ready to talk with us. Property manager's irresponsible behaviour is very bad. Still we are facing problems and mentally harrassed.
                                      We have talked 10 to 15 times with Oyo customer care service, tell them all our concern but no positive response.

                                      Now we request you to kindly refund advance deposit money and take serious action against the hotel (SPOT ON 74760 Hotel Surya Palace, Jaipur).

                                        Yesterday I booked Hotel prerna in raipur. But as I went to the hotel. They denied to give the rooms by saying that rooms are full and lights are not fixed. It was a pre-booked room. But payment was not done. Though the booking was confirm.
