Mere dwara hotel park view me 12 sep ke liye AC room classic 2x book kiya tha but mene jb hotel call kiya to uske dwara mujhse price poonchha, to mene 999 bataya . To turant bolta hai ki mt aaiye yha . Room bhi non ac dege bakchodi mt kroo ye wo . ... ar call cut kr diya . Mere dwara bapas bar bar call krne par no response. Last me mujhe booking cancle krni pdi ar plan b mujhe apna change krna pda .ese agar hoga to kese beleive kiya jayega

    I want to draw your attention to the incident that happened On 11 September 2021, I had received a call from an OYO representative asking for payment of Rs. 2928/- for booking confirmation. After making a successful payment I haven't received any confirmations. When I tried to contact customer care they are not ready to help me with this. I don't understand how that person knows every detail about my booking. He knows everything in detail that means OYO management is very careless about customers sensitive data. This is unfair that company are not trustworthy right now.

    I am attaching the screenshot of the payment so that you can be sure and check if the action has been initiated by any of your representatives.

    Please let me know further steps to protect my account in the future.

    Also, let me know if there is a possibility to recover my hard-earned savings.

        I booked a hotel through oyo app..while doing the payment through phonepe..money got debited but no booking id created and no booking happened...in my phone pe ..it is showing ..amount transferred to oyo merchant successful...so please look into this issue. Refund the debited money. please help fast my booking is for today

            This is regarding booking TIDN0729

            1. First they denied checkin. The hotel address was wrong. i contacted hotel over phone, they said oyo didn't do any booking. I contacted oyo, they said they have issue and they cannot help.

            Evidence : the chat where agent contacted the hotel and confirmed it was overbooked so they denied the checkin. Attached.

            2. When I contacted them for refund, the agents took the bank details to process the refund. But refund was not processed. I am contacting them for last 1 month 10 days, nothing happens no reply.

            When I contact why chat they ask for bank details via mail [protected]@oyosupport.com. But nothing happens. They don't refund. I have provided to them bank details multiple time when they requested.

            3. I tried to escalate through [protected]@oyosupport.com, after 4 days reply comes to contact the support team again. Nothing happends.

            I have attched the screenshot where agent contacted hotel and confirmed my checkin was denied as it was overbooked. I am attaching my mail conversation where I have provided my bank details multiple time when they asked.

            It has been a pathetic experience, first checkin was denied. Second the refund of my money is they are not processing. The escalation mail also just ask to contact helpdesk again.

            After raising the complaint in consumer complaints, they have resolved the issue. It has been pathetic experience with oyo. It puts me off from booking from that site in future. Hope they learn their mistakes and improve the service.

              Dear OYO my booking ID HIH03117. I am writing this with a very very bad experience and i had to very unpleased feeling with the property. i have attached the images for your reference. Iam on a official visit to Noida and trusting OYO with my previous i have booked Hotel Quadis, opposite priya gold building, main road, sector-15. And i paid for all three nights with out inspecting the property. I was not a hotel. it was worst than a lodge or u can name it worst than that with all sort of activities. But i didn't have any other option to manage. by later i realized that that Flush does not work. Geiser does not work Taps does not work. Stained walls. I was so tired and i managed to stay and morning i had to runaway from the property. I want My complete refund immediately so that i can book my stay in other hotels.

                I booked a hotel room on 4 th September and paid via debit card. The amount was debited from my account and oyo app showed booking failed due to error. Now today on 7th september I got a message that i have an upcoming booking on 4th september. How this can be posiible. I thought if there was an error the debited amount will be refunded. Can I get the refund?

                    I have paid rs.999 through paytm to oyo app on 2nd sept 2021 to book hotel in Ahmedabad. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. I want my money back which was deducted from paytm. On calling customer care of oyo they have booked hotel on pay to hotel basis and i have again paid in cash and money paid through is still not refunded.

                    I have called customer care of oyo today and talked about the issue to the lady picked up the call and she transferred the call to her senior, the person to whom call was transferred and didnt resolved

                    This behavior is not at all accepted and i want my money back. Oyo customer care is worst...

                          I have paid amount ₹2554 for 2 nights i.e. 04/09/2021 to 06/09/2021. but i modified the dates to 1 night i.e. 04/09/2021 to 05/09/2021. The showed refund amount was ₹1611. I didn't receive any mail or confirmation regarding that and I didnt receive the refund amount too.

                          I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE NIGHT WHICH I HAVE NOT DPEND IN THAT HOTEL. Thanks.

                            I booked oyo townhouse for 2 nights, I got fooled by its name and images of room, My room was in unacceptable condition, window was broken, anyone can sneak in, breach of privacy at it's max, shower knob is also broken, towels stinks, what's worst then this while booking a room. I would have never booked oyo if this is what they provide. Refund booking amount if oyo values people and their privacy.

                              Didn't receive booking id

                              I called the oyo number and your reservation desk member said he'll book an oyo for me and gave me this link through which I paid. He then cut the call on me before giving any booking id. Now I've lost money and got no oyo room. I need refund. You can check all the details in the screenshot. My registered oyo number is [protected]. I paid using [protected]. Without booking id I can't proceed further....

                              I booked a oyo room in chennai. I went there my following the map directions through oyo app but the location was a gated apartment and there was no oyo room at all. I tried to reach the hotel through call hotel option but it got disconnected automatically. The area was completely dark and I was with my elderly dad. Finally after 30 mins standing in road I got Customer care agent in call and it took 15 mins to explain him. He then sent me a location but that also a incorrect location.
                              I was very angry and I just booked a another room nearby. I want to get the first booking refunded. I spoke to one representative and he said one of customer support will call in 24 hours but no one has called me for 2 days. Chat is also useless. I tried for 5 times it will go for no response. I am totally dissatisfied with oyo..this will be my last booking with oyo for sure.

                                    I had booked a room in OYO 11930 at Hotel “The Jumbo Stay (ID: TJTN4268)”, Kolkata for the period 16-18 Aug 2021. On 16th Aug.’21 at 11.43 AM I got a message from OYO that my booking had been cancelled and I was informed that the cancellation fee of ₹998 was charged. I was quite surprised to get this message as I had never informed OYO through any means to cancel my booking. When I contacted its Customer Care, my issue was forwarded to 2-3 persons but none of them could give me satisfactory answer that why my booking was cancelled and what is the evidence available with them that I had send OYO the communication for cancelling my booking. In my opinion, it was an act of dishonesty with the customer. I had been taking the service of OYO since last 5 years but this act OYO has lost my faith in OYO as I had never expected such an act from OYO. Thank God that I was having the time to book a room in another hotel otherwise I had to face a big problem. Rs 998 which OYO earned from me without giving any service is not a big amount but by doing so it has lost its credibility forever. No onward I had decided never to book a room in OYO as it is not at all reliable.
