Oyo Rooms — Difference in room picture shown on the OYO application and the original room

I had booked a room from the OYO app in the hotel Sunrise Suites. As soon as I entered I was told that my booking amount is really low so the hotel first told me they’ll talk to the OYO management regarding the same. I was really tired so the hotel gave me their suite room to rest, which was actually the room I had booked seeing on the OYO application. I had paid the amount I was supposed to as shown in the OYO app to the hotel management, and they gave me the room to rest. After 2 hours they told me that my room was ready and when I went on to see the room, it was really small, I had four luggage’s and the room size was equivalent to the space that would be covered by my luggage’s. I was really unhappy seeing the room. So I had a talk with the customer representative from OYO who told me she could shift me to a different OYO but I will have to pay there and the other option was she could give me 20% refund. The room which the hotel was giving me I wouldn’t have paid a penny for such a room. The entire problem was from OYO because the room which was being given to me there are no pictures of that room in their app, otherwise I would have never booked this OYO. Now I had paid 3000 extra + 2000 for the suite room, total 5000. I want a refund from OYO regarding the same. Kindly let me know about the same soon.
