My original 3 pax booking done while on discount at delhi for 3 dys on tot tariff of Rs 2997. Booking cide: BOCA0382. Property Raj villa near rk ashram. But hotel fellow refused to allot room & was very rude. On contacting cust care out of many execs Mr Ryan was helpful to locate a hotel & @ which I stayed with my fly. Property: Sun Intl. But the tariff was Rs 4797. So the diff of Rs 1800 need to be reimbursed. We go to hotel on OYO brand & not on property name. In spite of contacting many oyo care execs no one called back to help after promising a sloution. I have another 6 bookings continuosly. Im in the way to Amritsar. Pls help.
