During booking of hotel room, when clicked on directions for the hotel on the Oyo app itself, it showed a location just 800m away from my current location. Based on which I confirmed booking.
Later when clicked on directions for hotel on the Oyo app again, it was showing a different location which was 5km away and inconvenient for me. Hence, had to cancel which was the only option available. I tried booking the same hotel again. Still the same issue, because of which I lost Rs.1196 (699+497).
When I reached out to the customer support on the Oyo app, they are denying refund.
