[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — dirty rooms and not refunding my payment

I’m chandrakant borade . I book room at oyo but room not clean, ac non working, no water . Because of that I canceled my booking but they not refunded yet. And not giving any positive replay. They hold call for 55 minutes. And forwarding to each other . Please help me for this
