[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — discrepancy in billing amantran resort

Address:Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, 700029

When i have booked a stay for two days from 21st of december to 23rd of december 2018 my billing amount was rs 8160 at digha (Amantran resort).
At the time of check out billing amount showing 8640... Could not find the exact reason for such difference in the billing amount.
Disgusted with the service.. I asked for the complimentary breakfast as well and that was also not provided. When i asked the hotel management they were saying complimentary breakfast was not included in your booking. I didn't book it from the app i had a talk over the phone to one of the oyo captain and he had done the booking for me. I am just not happy with the service and especially with the discrepancy in the billing. Hope to get a revert with some helpful solutions.
