[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — disrespectfulness of hotel staff

We checked in the hotel surya palace at 10:30 but when we asked them for food they said no. Then we went to the reception one employee was drunk and trying to get their hands on me. They abused us very wrong, thats why we also argued with them. Then we came to room and there was no cable tv available, no wifi available as said and shown before.
This is very disrespectful to me so i request you to take some actions on them.

Hi I had booked a hotel stay I was denied checkin Bcz of coordination between Oyo n hotel.
I waited 2 hours at lobby and then they asked me to shift to other hotel .
Y will i shift ??Y this harrashment .

That’s a plan ..they book in lower rates then deny checkin and ask to shift in different location in maximum price after harrasing u to sit at lobby for hours
