I booked a hotel room few days back for 4 days through oyo. I opted for payment on arrival. Today i thought that i must view some review before confirming my stay at that hotel.
But what i see is totally different from the polished website of oyo rooms.
Soo much complaint and in response oyo has only one thing to say
"we're extremely sorry to know that you had a bad experience with us. This is not what we want our guests to go through."
After reading complaints, even i felt that i have been cheated. I wasted my time, almost 1 hour to confirm my booking and choosing place of my interest.
But thanks to god that no money was spend.
Thanks to all unsatisfied customers who opened my eye before paying my charges.
I'll be visiting that hotel but not through oyo and if, facility and charges remains the same, i'll again write on that otherwise i'll opt for other hotel. And in this case case also i'll share my experience.
