Dear oyo team, it is gracefully to let you know that your team provide the
Worst services ever i had seen in my life...
I have booked hotel oyo 9669 ark of avalon mahipalpur in delhi, i spend 1 day here dated 19/04/2019 to 20/04/2019, first thing he cancelled my booking without knowing me bcos there is no option for feedback and in nigth the guy is in reception he is asking me "sir you want girl in nigth in your room i said how much money for that he said for i sort you have to paid me 3500 rs, i said there is any problem he said no there is no problem bcos oyo have couple frandly room id is important so girl have local i'd.

I'm shocked for this so please take further action against this hotel. Already i said this thing to customer care or directly tweet to oyo owner about all.

And yesterday when i reached at hotel i booked again than the room alloted already given to some one else and the staff in reception behaviour was very rude, he is saying no oyo booking you have to pay me 1000 rs here no oyo booking when i said why than he is using" bad words like yeh mahipal pur hai yaha pe tere ko pata nahi like or maa ki chut aase words they are using, i said call to police than he said we are all setting with them or oyo also, there were some other people on receptions who were drunk and staring and passing comment and enjoy there... No one was there to help them even hotel staff was enjoying the whole scene...

Please take action against the hotel or reception person yesterday at 7 pm i don't know the name that's why i'm telling the time.
