I travell in hotel kamini in patna, Bihar today(dated 13 september 2022).The receptionist don't no how but increase the number of guests from 2 to 3 and charge higher prices.
At the same he ask for mobile to see booking detail but he cancelled the booking quitely and offer me room without under oyo
As he cancelled my staying i am not able to recover the amount from my HR which possess a loss to me.
