I pre paid the above booking id through oyo mobile app using amazon pay balance.
However at the time of check-in the oyo property (Oyo flagship 504 gk)
Said the payment is not done. I showed them my amazon pay transection id also transaction id#: p[protected]
Finally i made a card payment on the spot expecting one transaction will be reverted.
However, i didn't get any transection reverted and i followed with amazon pay and they said the payment is successful from there end and they wrote a mail to oyo.
But still issue is not resolved and i am highly disappointed with the service and response from oyo and oyo assist over oyo app. Was this information helpful? |
