Dear sir I am kiran chawla I have one room booked with triple occupancy check in date was 07th april when we reached in hotel they have provided double occupancy room in the night when we told that one more person how will be adjusted the manger said sir we don't have extra bad you need to sleep on the floor this should be informed to us prior booking so that we could do some other arrangement. I paid extra 500 rs to add one more person my son & his wife with one kid slept on the floor. If they could not arrange triple occupancy so why they have charged the amount for triple occupancy. Our meeting was over at 23:30 pm we reached at hotel 12:30 am entire night could not sleep..
