This is shivam, i made a booking in one of your property at new delhi (Oyo5270 sam hotel) and dual payment got deducted from my bank account i. E inr 1750/- and 1750/-. I tried calling your customer care but unfortunately there was no response from there.
So please i request you to refund my additional amount of inr 1750. I have attached the screenshot of the payment made to you.
