I had paid for the room twice but still havent received my full payment.
I had originally booked an ac room, hotel gave me w/o ac when i asked for ac they shifted me and also charged 50% extra as upgradation fees for the same room.
I was not intimated about this, post completion of booking
I have contacted customer care, oyo assist in app but no avail
Customer care has put me on hold for more than 15 min multiple times now.
Kindly mentiom clearly if money will be refunded, dont make a fool out of your customers
