[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — double the amount charged for 2 rooms | |
This is with reference to our stay at one of the oyo room at vishnu inn hotel, dehradun on 19th may, 2019. We have booked 2 rooms for a total of rs.2800/- (Rs. 1400/- per room charges) on 19th may, 2019 evening at around 10 p. M Over phone. At the time of check out we were asked to pay rs. 5600/- for the rooms. When contacted the customer care department, the only reply was madam, you need to pay the said amount, we'll check the case and process the refund later. Ms. Jagriti being the guest manager was worse than a manager at a local restaurant. During the whole conversation she was adamant that she cannot tell how much time it will take to process the refund or to take necessary action. She demanded me to be polite with her and not to use abusive language but on her part she was pathetic as far as customer handling is concerned. We have not got any reply from her end or from any customer support of yours till date. Also would like to inform yo that we have sent a screen shot of 20th may, 2019 room rent charges for the same vishnu hotel, which was rs. 1300/- per room. One of the room had a huge bee hive in the toilet, which we asked the manager to cover so that it should not harm any of the member staying in that room.
