After confirmation of booking at ur site, this hotel cheap # says v can't provide room at that low tariff, v called to ur costomer care made the manager speak... He refused n spoke to ur personal saying the same. Now who's credibility is lost? At 12 in the night, this fellow behaves rude n shuts door on the face n even abusing while taking pics of the hotel to make a complaint... What is it u gonna do. So i may rather think hereafter if it's booking on oyo
