[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Even Before check in hotel I was showing I checked out. Need refund

I booked Oyo room and even before reaching the hotel it was showing i checked out of the hotel. I paid the amount through app and now the customer care is now replying accordingly and not giving any refund.
