[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Extra amount charge by hotel 6000(X84W9124)

I had booked OYO rooms Via OYO APP booking source on 16th February 2023 at OYO Royal palace78811 using online payment (RS-2415.00). I am travel whole night after reaching the hotel in the early morning hotel staff total us we are not accepting early check in if you booked though oyo please wait till 12pm so we all are waiting for the check in time after 12'o clock I am again asked to the hotel manager for checkin but when I was checking in Hotel manager asked me to pay extra amount of rs.6000. So I asked why this for then she replayed you have pay partial amount of 2415 so you need to pay 6000 extra total of 6000+2415= 8215 total 2 rooms cost in our hotel for 2night but I have booked 2night 2 rooms for 4 people's but I received 2 rooms 2nights for 2 people in the message and when I checked the app there is showing me 3 people's 2night 2rooms after that I called the customer care and said every thing about my booking details and she told me we will very sorry for the inconvenience caused with you but you will modified the booking and stay on line we will check the details about your booking after that I total my booking ur and she total me I am sorry I am unable to see any information about your booking due to server issue please contact us after 1hours then I said ma'am we are already travel over the night so we need some rest please tell us any other option because we are already waited for 6 hours for checkin so please try to understand please discuss with the hotel manager but she told me sorry sir I am unable to help please call us after 1hours after that we can help you then I told okk if your server issue is not ended after 1hours then what can i do then she total me sir will after that then I waiting for the time after 1hours I again called but same issue then I argue with the service team after that we are checkin in the hotel giving extra amount of 6000 to the manager though phonepe. After that we are fresh in the hotel and again I called oyo customer service regarding this issue and I discuss with the team he told me sir we will raised your refund of 6000 you will get your refund within 7 to 14days after that he send me one link and told me sir provide us valid payment recept then I total him sir I have only phonepe payment screenshot but one issue is that thare mentioned hotel name royal plaza but I asked the manager she told me this the same account of both
and we will give you the invoice after checkout so please don't Worried about it then I told the same to the oyo team and oyo service manager said it's ok sir don't worry you submit the phonepe payment screenshot now we will give it to our refund team then I have submit the proofs then after a day I called again and ask about my refund status as discuss the team he said to me your refund is under process please wait for 7 to 14 days after that I disconnected the call I again call on 18th feb to oyo customer care and said sir today is my checkout day so please inform me what can I do next if you need any other proof then told me I will collect from hotel bcoz after that i will return to odisha and i am not getting any information about it as I discuss hotel manager give me manul bill is it valid sir please tell me after that oyo customer service told me it is valid sir but in the invoice need to mention your name address checkin checkout date and total stamp and signature i told Already mentioned anything else you need from me then he said no sir please you checkout from hotel now then I checkout the hotel then I called again 19th feb to know about my refund status after discussion with the customer as
always he told me in the process please wait but after disconnect the call I received a message and mail form Oyo team that Dear Sushil Behera,

Your refund request of amount INR 6000.0 corresponding to the booking id X84W9124 has been rejected due to inadequate proof.
Then I called again to the oyo customer support regarding this issue and I informed all the details and your customer support said to me sir refund is rejected because you have provided wrong hotel name phonepe proof then I said I have already informe this before uploaded I also have the bill then I send the bill and he raised a mail again manual refund using hotel invoice and send the copy of mail to me and said sir your account details and invoice and your corners already raised don't worried about it if your are already provided the invoice then you will already get the refund to your account but due to screenshot payment issue your claim rejected but I have again raised the claim and you will definitely received the refund please wait 7 to 14days but aftet a day I called again for the same and all are saying same please wait but still 15days gone and i try to contact the oyo customer support but every one just take my call and put on hold i waiting in the hold 30 to 40 minutes but know one answering the call and call disconnected by oyo team I have also recorded every call as discuss with the oyo team still I don't have received any confirmation mail Or msg Or neither I received any call back from. Oyo team I have already called 70 to 80 times but no one response my call I confirmed them twice about the same thing.. Every day from checking date to till date But each time oyo team lied the customer every time face the same issue just disgusting services
Please try to help ASAP. Attaching bill for the extra payment made at the hotel.
