Hi Team,
I stayed in one of the OYO Hotels (Capital O SS Suites) in Bannerghatta road bangalore and I paid the total amount (per OYO) during booking which was Rs.733 but hotel asked me to pay additional Rs.467 during check in stating their hotel minimum charges will be Rs.1200 and asked me to contact OYO later. I checked in at 2:45 PM on 9th Nov and checked out at 9:14 AM on 10th Nov.
Attaching the bill provided by hotel for your reference. Could you please help to look into this matter on priority. Not too sure why they charge like this for every customer (per google reviews). Please help to get refund.
Secondly, OYO customer care is only available for bookings, they dont answer anything related to complaints, they dont have a email address for complaints. Government should look into this matter and ensure they have a channel to address on their customer issues/complaints.
