[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — extra charged rs 400 and poor hospitality unnecessary problems created by hotel staff

Booking id zhbp3691, for 2 classic (2x) rooms at oyo 15011 new blue homes for full payment of rs 1474 has already been paid. However on arrival on 02.06.2019 12 pm the hotel manager charged extra rs 400. The manager was not at all friendly and took extra rs400/-. Please conduct an enquiry for the inconvenience caused and refund the extra money that has been charged else we will file consumer case against you.
