My booking i. D is qupl2690 i booked a room and i made a online payment of 1753 and check-in in the hotel after while checking out same day in the eveving the receciption asked for rs 798 i asked for what they are charging this amt they said it's a balance amt u have to pay and talk with oyo whatever prblm is there u will get refund after i received a mail that 798 charges was for dinner which i didn't order also now after calling at customer care they only says that we are already taken ur complaint we are transferring ur call to senior but they riding transfer the call i was on hold for half an hour and i received a mail that my complaint is taken they need a explanation why i am asking for 798 rs refund i explained 4 times same thing but there is no solution and new new person is sending me a mail i want my refund of rs 798 i am attaching the mail screenshot i want refund of rs 798 in my bank account i don't want on form of oyo money
