[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — extra mattress and a/c not provided

I had booked hotel in prayagraj from 5-oct19 to 07oct19 for 2 room.
There was 5 guest. They did not provide extra mattress and did not provide ac remote. Room was not clean and full of bedbugs.
Even, i had trying oyo executive multiple time and they told every time that issue would resolved shortly.
Still there is no change. What the # service you are providing.
Even executive were keeping my call for 30 minutes.
