My father had booked an oyo at Hotel NS Sheetal in Raipur from my Oyo account from 20th May to 26th May. However, he had to vacate by 21st May because o[censored]rgent work. However, instead of charging the actual mount Rs. 5485, they charged him Rs. 7268. My father could not argue because he just wanted to escape that place, the place which had a faulty AC, poor light and was not even given oyo soap/shampoo/conditioner immediately. I being a regular customer of Oyo now feel ashamed because of this incident, how my father suffered and was charged nearly Rs. 2000 extra. I booked so many reports yet the money has not been refunded. I used a coupon so my father had to pay 7 days charge even though he lived just for a day. They did not adjust the amount. I agree they have certain policies but why did they charged 2000 Rs extra from the 64 year old fellow? What wrong did he do? Can't he have urgent work? I am very upset with Oyo's sudden negligence and poor service and want to advice everyone from booking hotel from it!
