I booked a room in oyo 807771 hotel midnight inn on 30th April through oyo app. I paid booking amount through app but when I reached hotel, they told me that booking is invalid and if I want to checkin I will have to pay extra tariff charges which is not mentioned anywhere in the oyo. As I had no other option, I had to pay extra charges i.e. 1076₹ apart from 424₹ which I paid while booking, so total bill was summed up to 1500. When I asked for bill, they told me that they will provide bill at checkout, but during checkout manager was not there and even supporting staff was rude. When I asked for hot water he simply refuse to provide. Even though I am sharing screenshot of payment done by me. This is totally not expected from oyo. I just want refund for extra money that I paid which is 1076₹ as soon as possible.
