I booked rooms for 2 days at kalapurackal residency for 5th May to 7th May on OYO apps. To my shock when I reached the hotel for checking in, I found out that the Hotel mentioned in the OYO app is a fake one using pictures of a different hotel. I tried contacting customer care multiple times but all failed. I had to roam around to find another hotel for accommodation. So I initiated a cancellation but I only received a partial refund. I would like to raise a formal complaint against the said business user and I need my money back.
Now OYO says, they cannot refund the rest of the money since I initiated a cancellation. The same fake hotel is still live on their website
