First property: Nestle inn, Velachery
Second property: Hotel Sadha Siva, Nanganallur
We booked an accommodation via Oyo, Nestle inn, Velachery and just 15 mins before reaching there(at 12:30pm) the booking was cancelled by property owner. Upon calling Oyo customer care there was no proper response and after a long hastle got to talk with the property owner. The owner responded that they no longer work with Oyo and quoted an amount that is 4 times more than what shows in Oyo. It was a very frustrating experience.
We got hold of Oyo customer care finally and they agreed for a relocation. Oyo transferred this booking to another property, Hotel Sadha Siva, nanganallur, which is 5kms away from here. 30mins via auto which is not near from where we booked. It was late evening by when we could check in and that property refused to accept the prepaid amount and told we have changed our rates which is not reflected in oyo. We tried talking to Oyo but Oyo customer care was also not responsive. We were too tired and paid 800/- in addition to prepaid amount before we were left to check-in. I would never trust Oyo and Oyo rooms.
I have the extra amount payment confirmation and can provide if needed.

I have booked room on 09 May 2022 and As booking was not confirmed by the oyo app hence no booking id was generated. My registered number is [protected]. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
I have made the payment through SLICE Credit Card with an amount of 744 Rupees.
