I am trying to book room in OYO 79051 Collection O Hotel bk House from 12 May to 14 May but Money got deducted from account but in app payment unsuccessful showing and booking not confirmed.
I received confirmation from my bank that money sent to Oravel stays private limited

Can you please let me know how and when I will receive my refund

      On 07.05.22 I had tried booking hotel OYO 4484 Hotel EL Classics for dates 12 May to 14 may (3 Nights/ 2 rooms per night) at an amount of Rs. 9817
      Payment was made through Credit card and payment was successful but when re-directed to OYO page it shows some error message and no msg from OYO regarding confirmation of booking, again I Tried for booking with same price and again Amount was paid fully but Booking was not confirmed by OYO.
      Currently Bookings are appearing as VOID Booking but amount deducted have not been refunded to my credit card.

      date of Booking- 07.05.22
      CREDIT CARD COMPANY- HDFC BANK

      Request is made to Refund Amount Rs 9817 +9817 Deducted twice in view of void booking on OYO Rooms.

            I booked a hotel on 1st May around 6 PM; while booking I asked the person about the hotel kitchen, but he did not tell me that there is no kitchen in the hotel, and he provided me with the hotel number. As I had a flight, I could not call the hotel; however, I called them as I landed to give them my dinner order, as I was going to be late to the hotel. To my surprise, they told me that they do not have a kitchen and I have to order from outside. I instantly cancelled my booking. But I received a refund of Rs 651, though I paid Rs1824. Since then I am trying to contact them on their so-called customer care number [protected]. No one is there to help, instant a staff named Sameer was talking unprofessionally with me. I mailed them, no response. Call their service desk, called the number again and pressed 2, chatted on the OYO chat app, no response. After calling them so many times, I received a message from OYO, that your booking for Varanasi has been booked from today for 1 night. I was so pissed and then received a call from hotel where it was booked, I told them about the issue and asked them if they can cancel it, they said no it is you who have to cancel it, Now I have to go through the cancelling procedure again because some stupid person must have made the booking which I never asked for.
            I was so angry and frustrated with their post-booking service, that I decided to never ever use OYO and delete my account permanently. But again, no option to delete the account neither on their application nor website. I called again to the same number and asked to speak to the senior, she said she cannot do that. They leave a customer with frustration and anger and helplessness, to just forget their money and let it go. As I will be doing. This was the worst experience I had, would never ever use OYO or recommend anyone to do so. Worst customer service post booking.

              I had booked a room in Shabby Inn Chennai through Oyo and payed 292 rs in Oyo but when i reached the hotel the owner told me to pay 400 rs extra because Oyo is always showing less and they can't provide that. I told them I have payed it and if you have an issue you take it up with Oyo and not with customers. Then told me to pay or you will have no room in an agressive manner i had no option and had to pay that 400 extra. When i tried to cancel it the time for me to get the full refund also went. This is a clear case of cheating from Oyo and they have to give me the full refund of that 400 i have paid and the issue should be solved between Oyo and hotel Owners. Please don't put customers in between this. I want my money back. When i called customer service of Oyo they were not responding. Please do something. And Oyo should respond and take action and give me back my money which you have taken by cheating.I am attaching the payment screenshot i did with the owner and also the booking i tried to cancel without any refund.

                  We booked an accommodation via Oyo, Nestle inn, Velachery and just 15 mins before reaching there(at 12:30pm) the booking was cancelled by property owner. Upon calling Oyo customer care there was no proper response and after a long hastle got to talk with the property owner. The owner responded that they no longer work with Oyo and quoted an amount that is 4 times more than what shows in Oyo. It was a very frustrating experience.

                  We got hold of Oyo customer care finally and they agreed for a relocation. Oyo transferred this booking to another property, Hotel Sadha Siva, nanganallur, which is 5kms away from here. 30mins via auto which is not near from where we booked. It was late evening by when we could check in and that property refused to accept the prepaid amount and told we have changed our rates which is not reflected in oyo. We tried talking to Oyo but Oyo customer care was also not responsive. We were too tired and paid 800/- in addition to prepaid amount before we were left to check-in. I would never trust Oyo and Oyo rooms.

                  I have the extra amount payment confirmation and can provide if needed.

                    I have booked a hotel through OYO for a family vacation in Goa from 12 apr 2022 to 16 apr 2022 but after reaching their i has came to my notice that hotel has closed it's operation and they refused us to check in. So i asked for refund but they refused, so I canceled my booking calling customer care and customer care assured us that refund is initiated and the money will be refund within 10 days but till date i have not received any refund. Kindly look into the matter.

                      Hey

                      On 10 may 2022 i made a payment of 710₹ to Oyo rooms for booking a room.
                      Even though the payment was successful the booking I'd was not generated.
                      Therefore i had to do another booking

                      Even after talking to the customer care and telling them the issue. they just put me on hold for half an hour till I have to cut the call myself

                      This had happened twice in this year, I am really unsatisfied with the service

                      Kindly refund me the amount that I have paid.

                            This is the 5th time i am facing the same problem i paid through google pay and the amount got debited but in the app it shows there is no booking and i just got a message in the app like it is a payment failure & no refund also initiated no proper response from the customer care also this company started to scam people i have attached a screenshot with the reference number

                                I have booked hotel and paid through Oyo app but I didn't recieved any booking confirmation and it's showing that your booking was cancelled and I didn't received any information about the refund they are making me wait for a longer time till now no responses from them...i have seen that they are many complaints like this have been registered on this platform whether those have been solved or not I don't know but please make refund of my money as soon as possible

                                  Have booked an OYO with booking ID: J8MZ4365 for 5 nights and due to bad service at the hotel I had to checkout after staying for even less than 24 hours. I have confirmed with the Service desk before checking out on the previous day regarding the refund. They said that they have registered my request, but since my booking is non-modifiable, they'd be able to proceed only after the actual checkout date. Now that I call the Service desk again, the call keeps disconnecting after the IVR says "We are experiencing high call flow"

                                  Their "Need help" button is the worst feature. It will never give you a resolution, and after talking to a bot for a long time, you would be told that now you are connected with a real human, you'd still find yourself talking to a bot with all the auto-responses.

                                  Please help me with getting my refund back as I have all the mail proofs that the service desk has sent me when I had call with them earlier.

                                    Hi,

                                    I booked a hotel room in Royal palms and paid full amount in advance. Unfortunately I had to cancel it because my stay was denied by the hotel and had to book hotel elsewhere.
                                    I was asked to submit the rebooking receipt and i obliged by doing the same.
                                    I escalated this issue but somehow I recieved only partial refund ( roughly 20%).
                                    Need full amount to be reimbursed.
