Hi I have booked budget hotel for Mumbai from 5th Aug -9th August with paid payment . But on checking time, hotel is not ready give room due to non availability of room .as per hotel words, he did not get money from oyo and confirmation . Then i called more than 12-13 times oyo customer care .they also insist me that i should be cancel booking and get refund payment but Same time, if i look other hotel, it will be expensive price compare to my existing 5 days old booking price . As per law Hotel booking website, room is cancelled by hotel due to non availability of room or hotel rejection due to book oyo in less price offer. oyo customer care say that they will give other hotel and put my call on hold more than 20-30 min. .this drama is happened with me 6-7 times in 3 hours continuously but oyo did not response and these drama is continues gone for hold or transfer call name on raining time in mumbai.finally i got tired and delete APP of OYO .this is horrible service and experience with oyo support team .last 3 hours, i talked more than 25 oyo team members .they always keep call hold just request 2-3 minutes then they did not come back on call with replacement property of hotel .v c Was this information helpful? |
