I was searching for a room via OYO app for a trip. The site assured me that they will call me as the room I selected was not available at that time. The costumer care called me late late post when I was sleeping. I told the the costumer care the same and he assured me to call again the next day. Its been 3 days since then but I have not received a single call. This is not at all accepted. Either you should not make promises but i[censored] do so, make sure you fulfill it.
