[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — false commitment while booking and provided different room which was not as shown at the time of booking. | |||
I have booked the room at Hotel Sai Viranjan at Sirdi Maharashtra (booking ID:DJBK5327) in the name of Amit Kumar +3 more person including 2 years 6 months kid. After checking into the room on 13th April 2019, it was completely different as promised and shown in the picture. I called 4 times for the change of room as only one bed was available and for 3rd person hotel manager advised to sleep at floor in the room as OYO has provided the same. I called OYO customer care executive 4 times (from 9pm to mid night 12.03 am but they have not solved the problem. They behaved unethically and during call his customer care executive intentionally put my call on hold (remember during conversation on the subject matter he did this). I tried for resolution till 12.45 am in the night but my problem is remain unsolved. I need to get my money refund and strict action against this arrogant OYO customer care who don't care about problems of those person who book rooms and being cheated by false commitment by them.
