[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — false information by oyo

Worst experience with oyo. My booking id: zqdu6031. On reaching hotel, hotel staff refused, they told room not available instead of confirmed booking. On contacting oyo on whatsapp they told they will search other hotels for me. They are of no use in case of emergency. No contact details. Only whatsapp. What a foolish reply by oyo. What's the use of booking with oyo. Can't trust. I ve informed all my friends, colleagues and relatives to beware of oyo. Now i ll never book with oyo. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
