Worst Services by OYO... Tried OYO rooms for first time in gurgaon delhi and landed up getting a cockroach in my breakfast meal, even after bringing the incident in notice of the rooms managers and OYO customer care, they hardly seemed bothered to take this matter seriously... The girl at customer care while talking to me over a call and during am submitting my complaint seemed smiling, the others at hotel/ appartment boked through oyo seemed totally unconcerned and landed up giving unacceptable excuses on incident. for your reference booking id at oyo is MONS4687 Tats what the services of OYO are in the capital of INDIA...
