Oyo Rooms — Fraud activity against my payment

The minute i booked oyo rooms, got a call from cc. And he confirmed all my details as given then send whatsapp notifications along with upi id. I made a payment but when i reached hotel... Its not confirmed. My question is how these frauds got my details of booking immediately. I have all proofs with me. Booking id:mdtg2068
