Oyo Rooms — fraud activity and cheated me

I have all the evidence that Oyo rooms has cheated me in the name of refund. My money 1000 RS is wasted and it is looted by Oyo rooms. They said they will refund my money but at least they made me fool.My booking id : gxsf3174 i had booked room for 1 nights stay at hotel pmr bangalore with my family. It was a horrible stay at there as the hotel room was so dirty. There were lots of hair on the bed as they might have not cleaned the room earlier.
Telephone of room was not working.
There was no electricity in the washroom
Flush of the the washroom was not working, there was no cold water in the tap.
This hotel is worst hotel and i have to checkout before.
Attitude of hotel staff was not supportive in this case.
