[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — fraud and breach of trust. | |||
Hello!! Myself ashwani bhatia, first time booked oyo room by downloading the oyo app from mobile. Have made the booking dated 23/07/19 and got the confirmation from [protected]@oyorooms.com that oyo 14482 live inn has been reserved under your name. Booking id: zkte4139 and amount rs. 750 was deducted from my own card. Reached to the landmark amiown school at sector 27, gurgaon. The number mentioned on the booking [protected] of mr. Kundan rawat was not answering the calls., get to know left and no longer associated with the same property for almost an year. Very importantly oyo has not checked with the property owners whether the number listed on their booking does exist or not & updated numbers should be uploaded. Try n understand on the road by 11 o'clock, the property not located and customer care representative also tried to support and on call with for almost 33 mins. Based on confirmation was shifted to another property, oyo 9299 dlf phase 4, however due to rude behaviour of manager on line has refused and said no electricty here. That booking also not confirmed and imagine by 0000 hrs on road. And at last made another booking oyo 15685 grace room, the gate was not opened and no one came out. At last made check in to grace inn near to grace room @ sector-28 for almost rs. 1, 200. And have shared my worse n terrible experience with oyo. My first experience neither customer care was supportive, booking team which cant even speak clearely some untrained staff were on board n calling the customers, annoying the customers. At last by 0130 hrs called dated 24/07/19 the senior team neither supported nor any respond at their end of the experience. Today im getting msg how was your experience with oyo. When customer/client has not checked-in and oyo team aware that customer is facing too much problems still getting msgs. And at-last it give an impression that oyo group is not bothered of its unsatisfied customers and no syncronisation with various internal teams. And have also left message that someone should call n respond to it. Till now before posting this msg/terrible experience no one contacted. Can also provide the screenshot of interaction with customer care team and the duration of time spent for more than 1 hour plus in the late hours. Was this information helpful? | |||
