I Booked a room and was denied check-in due to the property not being associated with oyo but oyo still accepting bookings for the same which is a scam. Secondly upon placing a cancel booking request due to denied check-in even then they manipulated my booking and then marked me checked in and check out. upon confrontation, they denied doing it totally, and upon request for a refund for a month to this day, I have not received ay refund.

OYO is a scam and a fraud company that uses unfair trade practices for B2b as well as B2C. They hoard money to make customers pay in advance and then manipulate them controlling their mental harassment for refunds resulting in keeping the money to themselves.
Further, there is no customer redressal and grievance and all the CRM don't even know how to talk. their customer service is pathetic worse then talking to any other i guess. Was this information helpful? |
