I booked room for amritsar (Punjab) on 20th of june 2019. And paid full amount, (2 days from 21 june to 23 june). When i reached hotel on 21 at 10: 45 pm, they said we do not providing rooms for oyo customers. I said why i already paid full amount, they said we dont know about what you did you may talk with oyo.
I called oyo and they did't provide any solutions and first agent disconnect my call after listening my issue, after that i again called and they offered my another room what is more costly, but i agreed bcoz i do not had other options. But they said we will give you refund for current booking but for this new booking you need to pay right now. I said why then they said refund will take some time. I agreed again bcoz no other option was there. I went to next hotel they said we do not provide rooms for oyo customers. Again i called oyo and asked them to just leave it and give me some solutions regarding refund i will find room my self. They ignored and send me email that as per your request we will cancel your booking and refund amount will be refund which was 50%.
Then we found a hotel and paid 2000 for 2 days stayed, and after that i called oyo they transferred me in escalation department they said you will get full refund, but what about inconveniences, time which i spend and money which i already paid. No refund provided yet, and oyo should provide service if they are promised to customer. If not then they should pay penalty reimburse 200% money to customer. I was shown that if I pay online, I get a discount of Rs 43 over the usual 870 I need to pay. So I initiated payment and completed paying RS 827. But even after payment I am still being asked for another payment of Rs 43. Why this discrepancy ?
