full refund for irresponsible behaviour of oyo and discover resort neral

We faced a lot of problem in the hotel.

We were denied accomodation initially and after talking to the manager of hotel and shouting we were given a room which had no amenities and was not renovated for customers.

1. There is no telephone in the room. Hence we have to go to reception area walking for complains.

cancelled my booking by the hotel reception

I booked in oyo hotel stay inn, New Delhi for 1 classic 2X room with 1 guest on 22nd june 2019. Booking confirmation message was sent to me. On reaching the hotel the receptionst told that all rooms are occupied and I can't get any room. Whereas no prior cancellation message was sent to me regarding the booking. The hotel phone attendee seemed very unprofessional to talk. And the hotel agent was asking for extra money for the same booking....

I paid 3658 rupees using bhim upi. The oyo app malfunctioned and said the payment for booking could not be completed due some technical error. However, the amount got deducted from my bank account. On reaching the venue at 12 midnight they simply refused to provide the room. My dad with my mother and sister had to roam all around chennai in search of hotel at 1 am midnight.in an unknown place with two ladies it was a harrasment for the entire family. worst experience oyo

Oyo is worst in customer services. Today i have come to know oyo doest not care for customers, for customers who walk in for early check in are like beggers and the receptionist can ask the customer to go out and do whatever they can.

I booked oyo 14500 which happened to be in cheap area, then i booked oyo 18335 i went there. The receptionist is not willing to talk. Did not even asked to sit and bluntly said rooms are booked....

horrible service and false commitment

I made a booking with oyo 14389 diplomat suites (Vasant kunj). Booking id - htlzgpeqkd, pnr:[protected]. Made a payment of 1117rs. When i reached the property there we no rooms available.
I called up the oyo helpline they said that i would be given a refund for this amount and they would help me with another close by property. The property they booked was grand aerocity with a guarantee of checkout 1pm and cash payment as the hotel....

rude behavior of the faculty

Am here for rude behaviour of one of the receptionist of your highly varied chain hotels. As a customer a hotel receptionist should be calm to us. The only thing was me and my sister were roaming in the hotel with lift and suddenly the receptionist came and very rudly said that "lift me mat ghumo kuch ho jayega to aap dekh lijiyega". This was not good experience....

I booked oyo hotels with ajmir palace, coimbatore. (3 deluxe rooms & 4 guests). Booking confirmation was sent to me. But on reaching the hotel, the booking was cancelled by oyo. Where cancellation msg was not sent to me proiorly. And the hotel phone attendee is very unprofessional to talk. I had to shift somewhere else after wasting a lot of time travelling to the hotel. I'm mohd faizaan i booked a room from your app in kanpur on 17th june at hotel maharaja palace but the facilities was poor.
I'm very disappointed as the room was different from the picture which was shown on oyo app.
Apart from these things power supply was very bad their backup system was poor atleast after 15 minutes they were giving backup.
