This is a complaint against hotel delight inn of chatterpur delhi.
We have booked 7 rooms for 21 guests from 24/06/2019 to 25/06/2019 by name of huife twobros pvt. Ltd.
Their commitment was not fulfilled. Quality of food was not good. Guests were disappointed. We want refund of the amount paid for food.
Looking forward for your reply/necessary action.

    I booked 2 rooms on oyo room from 30th april at nagpur however when i reach at the location, i found that hotel (Apartment) was not at all in existence.
    Now when i have called oyo rooms they have not addressed my issue and not refunded me money for 2 months and after that also they have given only 20% amount back to me.
    This company is a big cheat.

    Kindly take an action.

      My booking id is vlmj9870. This is the second time i am complaining on this portal regarding the same issue. My booking was cancelled by oyo without any intimation even after paying the complete amount for 5 days i. E rs. 36, 770/-.
      I had complained immediately and oyo approved a refund of rs.29, 416/- on december 26th, 2018.
      As on date, i had received rs.17, 678/- as refund and the balance amount is still due from oyo. I have been complaining since january, 2019 and i have spoken to almost 40 oyo customer care people and also have close to 30 case id's on this single booking id.
      My latest case id was registered on june 20th, 2019 bearing id no[protected]I have almost 20 - 30 case id's for which nothing was done).
      I am tired of calling oyo and listening to their false promises. Everytime i complain, they open a case id and say sorry for inconvenience and i receive emails and messages from oyo confirming that they would refund my amount within 7-14 but nothing is done and i repeat the whole painful process of explaining my case.
      Oyo always keeps the call on hold for 30 - 40 minutes and then disconnects. To reach the escalation team is a task and to register the complain each time, i spend close to 1-1.5 hr on the phone.
      I have complained on all platforms available and yet nothing is done. My only option next is to file a case on oyo for not refunding my money and putting me through so much trouble since 6 months.

        Oyo made my trip worst. They have deducted money but unable to provide me a good quality room. I had travelled with my family from delhi to mussorrie (Hotel pioneer, booking id: agkt1376) but the room they had provided me is like the servant room. Just because we had booked room by oyo. When i had called the customer care he said that and assured me that they will provided me the full refund but know they are refusing to give me money back. Now they are giving the worthless excuses.

          My booking id: nkwg5738
          (From 22/6/2019 to 23/6/2019)

          Kindly note below few of my bad experience with this hotel :-

          I) we requested for early check in; they waited us sitting at reception, though rooms were vacant.
          Ii) no 'oyo' toilet kit was provided, as they don't have any stock.
          Iii) bathroom lock was broken; reported immediately, but no result. The room ac was pulling bad smell...
          Iv) at about 1pm some people start knocking the door and say we have to shift room immediately with an excuse of room ac maintenance, though the room was working properly; they repeatedly disturbed us by ringing the door bell.
          V) hotel staffs were not co-operative.
          Vi) hotel not at all maintained...

          Recently I went through debit card fraud and hence I have deleted my card details from all the sites. When it comes to oyo, they are not allowing me to do as they say they can't for the booking records. You can have the booking records but i want my card details to be deleted. Highly unsatisfied with the service.

            When i shifted in oyo life i was told it was girls pg but after shifting came to knew it had boys living there so its misguiding by agent.
            Now i want to vacant the place as this unexpected behavior is just not acceptable as being a girl should have been told about this and since it was hidden their motives are doubtful for future. Please refund my amount asap and my booking id is 19355.

            I booked 1 room in hotel HILL QUEEN via OYO app with ID WMCL9340 from 26 june till 28 june. on 22nd june they sifted my booking to 3rd class hotal without informing me. only 3 days left, its almost impossible for me to arrange another booking for my family stay.

              I booked room for amritsar (Punjab) on 20th of june 2019. And paid full amount, (2 days from 21 june to 23 june). When i reached hotel on 21 at 10: 45 pm, they said we do not providing rooms for oyo customers. I said why i already paid full amount, they said we dont know about what you did you may talk with oyo.
              I called oyo and they did't provide any solutions and first agent disconnect my call after listening my issue, after that...

              I had booked a hotel at goa price 3391 but i got better deal so wanted to cancel that and book one more. But the oyo asssit told not to cancel and he himself booked other hotel and the hotelier is not aware of the discounted price. He didn't allow us inside. Oyo person again booked some cheap hotel and asked us to go there. We said we don't want any booking please refund our amount. These guys are not at all ready to refund our money. Such thugs are sitting in oyo.

                I did the booking at 7:00pm. As I did not get the booking confirmation I called oyo assist. The guy who picked up the call said my booking was cancelled. He offered me the same hotel for much higher price that I had booked. I said I do not want the hotel just refund the amount. Then at 8:15 pm I received an email that my booking was on hold.
                Then again I called the oyo assist the guy said it was on hold and I need to pay remaining amount. The guy told me if I was around the property. I told him if he would have waited for 1:30 hrs after booking got cancelled.It did not make any sense to me.
                I just need my money back.

                  I booked an 2 oyo rooms on may 25, 2019 in ooty at misty rock hotel. Thank god i dint pay the full amount but paid an advance of 2948 some thing. Before reaching the hotel we call the hotel owner and to our surprise he said no rooms were available, there is some issue with oyo app please check with oyo. Immediately we called oyo and inform the incident. The oyo customer executives suggested to give us room near the bus stand which we deny since we need a peaceful place.in the end he told he will initiate the refund and withing 7-14 days it will reflect in my account. Its been 1 month still i have not got my money. If i called the customer care they would keep passing the calls and keep me on hold every time. It was the worst pathetic experience ever. I spoke to their executive and manager name poornima this lady kept me on hold for 45 mins and never came back, then subhodeep das, jalaj etc etc... They all are useless... I don't know how to deal with this matter anymore i would keep receiving mails that my refund is initiated but nothing happened till now.

                    I want to file this complaint against oyo rooms which recently was awarded start up of the year is scam their hotels are not verified before taking in control.

                    I visited indore in month of may booked hotel from oyo 12-16 may for hotel ambrosia which was paid by me cash on reception 11991/- upfrontly over the counter booking xldo0518.

                    When i visited this hotel with 3 of my other colleagues on 12th of may we found this hotel very very dirty and not of a standard were we can live with female colleagues it was a hotel used for some other businesses which we could feel. We had no warm water in the room the bed sheets were very very dirty like a low life lodge. We decided to move out of the hotel next morning after staying for a horrible night in the hotel were ac's were leaking water on the face and bathrooms smelling very very dirty.

                    We requested them to cancel our booking and refund they asked us to speak with their customer service. Finally after getting into a new hotel as we had to take care of our purpose of visit. We checked into new hotel of oyo then i realized the hotel ambrosia hasnt shown our check out and i complaint this to oyo customer service some rep called md afridi promised me a refund of 5568/- which was given after deduction of charges of the horrible night i spent with my colleagues.

                    Today its been 40 days and i have called them 3 times long calls with every customer service rep explaining the scenario all over again to each of them they stil didnt find any request then i use to remind them every time i was suppose to get a refund within 7-14 days and its been a lot more then this and they always said it will be done it will be done. I was very frustrated i still waited to day on 1 hour long call arguing get my refund back but oyo team is now saying they are waiting for a approval from their ground team who seems sleeping for 40 days now, and 4 days ago i was told it will be resolved in 48 hrs and it was a technical glitch thats why it didnt get processed and today all togther a new story has come that they cant tell me how long will it take for the refund they dont have any time line.

                    One of the pathetic customer service i have seen ever in my life i recommend to stop this company from doing such nonsense business in india and also put some basic rules their customer service team which is utmost very irresponsible.

                    Please help me get all my money back i want a full refund of my money and need compensation for the harassmeent they have done to me since last 40 days

                      I booked hotel from oyo and on the day of checkin on 7th jun, i was denied check in and then shifted to another hotel then again denied check in second hotel. Then was shifted to 3rd hotel on the same day that was way below the quality that i booked originally.
                      Moreover in the bill generated they put in extra amount of 6000/- rupees as other charges which they dont know about.

                        I have booked a room in Ace Prime hotel in greater noida. Oyo app is showing price Rs. 859 and hotel asked for Rs. 999. I called your assitant to help and they also dont know the issue and said to change the hotel or the prices/tarrifs changes on daily basis. If there is any change it should be visible in app otherwise there is no need of this app. So please i[censored] can do this modifications asap then I as a customer will prefer this otherwise I'll prefer any other suitable and friendly app with more clearance in everything.

                          I booked a hotel on 21 june 2019 at 11.00 pm, by mistake check in date is entered wrong and i have done the payment. I booked a room for the day that is gone. So, i contacted oyo assist to modify the dates. They given me another number. I talked to 4-5 persons but noone helps me and noone knows the procedure. So, finally i cancelled the booking and now i want refund of my amount for rs 849.
                          Worst customer care service, drunked persons are sitting there, they dont know, what they are saying and disconnect the call without any help.

                            My complaint is as under
                            1. I hv booked the oyo hotel well in advance. I intended to go nahan with my old parents 80 years.
                            2. On 22/6/2019 at 7 am it was confirmed that my booking is ok. I got the sms.
                            3. During the middle of journey while driving i got call that booking has been cancelled
                            4 my wife talk to ur executive shivani she connected to onwer of property who said they r not taking the oyo booking they have informed to vimal or vikul of oyo in this regard.
                            5 i was near panipat when i got the call of cancellation.
                            6 i hv no option.
                            7 it is a embarrassment for me as my parents are old they not visit without me and it was a month plan to visit nahan. We choose the nahan as my parents can't sit for long time.
                            8 by cancelling my booking at the eleventh hrs u play with the emotions and not only it i spend around 1500 including toll and other — message truncated —

                              I booked room here on 23rd of june, stayed there also with my friend.. Did make payment online.. Of which i also received invoice.. Though the receptionist behavior was too rude.. After check out.. As per the customer's right.. I got the option to give them rating.. I did rated 1star and highlighted point 'rude receptionist behavior' for it.. I also called customer support to confirm it that my rating is feeded there or not.. Now the next day at morning.. I was receiving that text of booking id cancelled for not staying at that hotel.. If the customer support behind the curtain is helping such hotels despite of bothering customer right.. Then it is not good..

                              I just need my answer for the question that why i received that message from oyo next day even after my stay at that room with that same booking i. D.? Why even on oyo app there on my booking list that i. D. Wasn't showing up?? They deleted that from their records? Why so? The only proof for my check in and check out and payment i have are those emails address.. Which i can forward or show as proof..

                              Awaiting for help on this subject..

                                This is in reference to complaint no. 16430349. Oyo is not providing any support. This is the worst service ever. 2 days of accommodation where we stayed for hours of no electricity. No water. No ac. Oyo is not responding chasing them almost for a month now.                                   Dear all,
                                  I have stayed your one of the flagship property in lonavala. Property name is basilica holiday home (Oyo flagship 36890). I have booked 03 rooms for 01 night and my booking amount was rs. 4500/- but the receptionist mr. Shrikant has collected rs. 9000/- from me. During checkout i was busy and i have settled that amount and after that i realized that i have paid double. Day before yesterday i have contacted with basilica and i have asked them refund my amount they have sent me a image and told me to contact with you for refund. I don't how it's possible to charge guest twice. Please look into it and refund my money.

                                    We faced a lot of problem in the hotel.

                                    We were denied accomodation initially and after talking to the manager of hotel and shouting we were given a room which had no amenities and was not renovated for customers.

                                    1. There is no telephone in the room. Hence we have to go to reception area walking for complains.
                                    2. The tv is not working.
                                    3. No soap, shampoo, travel kit was given. We were given 4 rs medimix soap for bathing and washing hands.
                                    4. Towels were given after complaining.
                                    5. The pool was not cleaned the 2nd day hence we could not swim.
                                    6. The bathrooms were dirty and filled with ants.
                                    7. There is no wifi in the wing b 109 where we stayed.
                                    8. The room condition is pathetic.
                                    9. The hostel wing which i was put in were shouting playing music and screaming at 3am in the night for which i had to complain and get sorted disturbing my sleep.

                                    We want full refund of our money. Nothing else. Even the gm of oyo of this area was in hotel yesterday and i think he knows about it.

                                      Booking i'd elbr7163. My first booking for more than 10 guests are at chandan residency. Oyo called me and trabsffered to prakruthi home kerala. After i reached the spot by spending so much money the owner denied check in. Local oyo captain said they are not able to provide alternate booking and hence asked me to stay in a different property and said they will provide refund of other room. Now its 25 days and no response. Every time i call they put my call on hold for 2 hours and finally call gets disconnected. I want to teach them a lesson irrespective of money i spend.
