I did my booking with customer care on Phone. Agent asked me to make advance payment and I made the payment what was asked by Agent. I reached the Hotel and Hotel informed me that no booking against my name. I called customer care and they said my booking is already cancelled as I have not paid the advance amount. But that is not true. I had made the payment what was asked to me. Hotel also took the advantage from me when Hotel manger found I don't have money, he charged high price of room from me.
I need refund of my money what I paid in advance and I spent hours and hours by talking to Oyo customer care but they did not help me. I need a apology note from Oyo for this. Was this information helpful? |
