Dear sir/ madam
This is the second time that such an incident happened to me. After booking and receiving confirmation from oyo thrice yesterday when I went to the hotel today morning I was denied check in saying they have no tie up with Oyo. After calling customer service most of them just disconnected my call.
one lady spoke to me for 45 minutes and her only response was that Oyo can't do anything except refund the money. she wasn't even ready to update saying it was not in oyo policy.
After upgradation I was given a hotel which I didn't like at all. Horrible service.
I immediately checked out of the hotel but no refund issued by Oyo for this inconvenience!
I have sent 10+ emails but no response from Oyo.
